So I'm very excited to announce that Descended is now available for purchase on the Amazon Kindle store!
You guys have been so great along this process, helping me pick the cover and being so supportive along the way so really guys thank you so much.
This is just going to be a short post really just letting you know it is available to purchase and if you don't have a Kindle, fear not; you can download the free Kindle app on your smart phone and read it the exact same way :D
Again the magic button is below and since I released a snippet of Descended, there was a huge spike in sales for Hell's Rising; so I will include a link for both books and you can buy both in one bundle if you wish as well.
I am currently working on the third instalment and getting the covers sorted to release the paper back versions for those of you (including myself) who prefer traditional books. Big things coming up so for now I hope you enjoy Axel's journey :D
Until next time guys
So I'm really excited to announce that the second instalment in my Greek Gods serious 'A Tale Of The Gods' is finished and will soon be available to purchase from the kindle store!
Above is a sample cover which the public voted for, I need to redo it to scale it to Amazon's file size requirements but it should be roughly the same :)
I want people to be just as excited as I am about this release and so I have decided to share with you a snippet from the book, I hope you enjoy and let me know your thoughts :D
She didn’t care anymore. She turned back into her human form. She leant forward and let her head fall into her hands as her body racked with sobs. Her father said nothing. She felt a hand on her shoulder. She didn’t lift her head. The hand moved down her arm and cupped her chin, the fingers pulled her chin up gently and she found herself gazing into muddy brown eyes. He was smiling at her with that cheeky boy like grin, his wonky nose pressed into her cheek as his lips grazed the side of her mouth. She stared. She couldn’t believe it. He was back. She flung herself into his arms and they both fell to the ground. She hugged him fiercely and he laughed into her red hair before she kissed him, hard. But all too soon the illusion vanished. He disappeared into a puff of smoke. Her heart ached. For a moment she thought her father had brought him back. Instead he brought her more pain than if he had just said no.
“Why would you do that?” she whispered as she turned on him.
I hope this snippet leaves you guys with questions and wanting to find out what happened. The magic button below will take you to the Hell's Rising page on the Kindle store, just in case you want to catch up with everything that's happened so far :)
Until next time guys x
So day 3 of the blog challenge!
The question today was 'your opinion about your body and how comfortable you are with it' In all honesty It's a good question. I've never really been happy with what I look like.
When I was in school I was ridiculously skinny but I always thought I was fat, I did my best to eat as little as possible and I was very into running so I burned so many calories. I looked unhealthy. Over the years I stopped caring and just ate instead, it started to take hold when I was 16 and I started gaining so much weight. I tried to work out and eat right but I just wasn't motivated enough.
Of course being in relationships makes you gain weight when you get comfortable as well. I'm not unhappy with my body now, I would love to be healthy and fit but I'm not focused on my weight any more.
I did a post previously talking about my fitness goals and only now realised how much I need to actually do them. But don't for one second think I will be giving up chicken wings! No thanks I love them too much. But it's time I made a change and not just talking about it, not for vanity; Not only is it to be healthier physically but mentally as well, maybe I can turn it into some weird form of therapy?
We'll see how it all goes :)
Until next time guys ^^
